To choose the correct size for you, measure your feet as follows:
- Step on а piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.
- Мark the end of your longest toe on the paper (you might need someone to help you) and measure from the wall to the marking.
- Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.

How to Measure MyFeet Quarter Length Biomechanical Insole Series (From Head of 1st Metatarsal to Ankle):
To choose the correct size for you, measure your feet as follows:
- On Standing position, step on а piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.
- Мark the midpoint of your 1st Metatarsal Joint (Bunion) on the paper (you might need someone to help you) and measure from the wall to the marking.
- Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
- For MyFeet Quarter Length Biomechanical Insole measurement, kindly measure Length A on the Pictures above (which is from the Head of 1st Metatarsal to Ankle).
