Our Refund Policy

MyFeet provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Defective item
2. Incorrect item

Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn’t fit you as
measurements are clearly stated on the official web store.

  1. Email to [email protected] / send us a Direct Message on Facebook
    @myfeet.asia with the following details:
    Email subject: RETURN
    Order Number:
    Product(s) Name :
    Reason for return: (Items with defects; attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )
  2. Return address as stated below:
    LG-06, Cheras Leisure Mall Taman Segar 6, 5 Miles, Jln Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur
  3. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 30 days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.
    *All items must be shipped back within 7 working days ( MALAYSIA )

The shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet
the above-mentioned criteria.
