MyFeet provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Defective item
2. Incorrect item
Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn’t fit you as
measurements are clearly stated on the official web store.

- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 30 days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.
*All items must be shipped back within 7 working days ( MALAYSIA )
The shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
